Are the drivers responsible for damages?

Drivers are required to take a before and after delivery photo of the item. If the item is damaged during transport by the driver, Road Runner Delivery has insurance if damage occurs and will refund the delivery or work with the customer to develop a solution.

What happens when I cancel the delivery?

We encourage the customer to cancel the booking a minimum of an hour before their scheduled pick up. If it is within the hour you then will be invoiced a cancellation fee of $20.00. 

Is Road Runner Delivery a moving company?

Road Runner Delivery is not a moving company. Road Runners simply pick up the item and drop it off at its destination and it's the customers responsibility to move it into their home. It is encouraged to help the driver unload the item, since the driver is typically alone, but it is not required. If customer needs the item moved into the house there is a $25 install fee.

Can Road Runner Delivery move boats, ATVs, snowmobiles, etc.?

Road Runner Delivery does not move any of those listed items. Push mowers, snowblowers, and other small engine equipment can be delivered. However, it may be a possibility in the near future.
