How Road Runner Delivery Works
Step 1: Scheduling
The first step to having your item delivered straight to you is scheduling a day and time for the delivery. The Road Runner's availability, determines the time slots available. Each time slot is 1 hour for the driver, but times could vary on the volume of bookings.

You have the option of requesting a quote before scheduling a delivery.
Step 2: Online Booking
Book using the book now button, fill out the required boxes and provide specific instructions if needed on the item being picked up for delivery. If there are any questions or concerns regarding the delivery, feel free to contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Step 3: Online Payment
After scheduling and booking the delivery, you will be invoiced the bill via email or Text Link. This bill is calculated and sent before the delivery is started. The price on the invoice is the overall price, and it will not change. Time and miles are accounted for beforehand to prevent under or overcharging. Once the invoice is paid for online, a Road Runner will be on their way to the item's location. We also accept cash or checks if online payment does not work for you.
Step 4: The Delivery
A Road Runner will call or text you when they are en route to your item. Once the item is in possession of the Road Runner, an update will be texted to you. This text will provide an estimated time of arrival. Once near the final destination you provided for the item, the Road Runner will call to confirm they are in the correct location. If there is a single driver, it is encouraged to help them unload the item, but not required.

Road Runners do not move items into houses and set them up.
